Automated Air provides comprehensive Building Management System (BMS) services for SA Water House, including the staged upgrade of the site’s legacy control system to the Schneider Electric EcoStruxure platform. The project focuses on improving plant operation, increasing energy efficiency and delivering a modern, fully supported BMS while maintaining uninterrupted building operations.

Ongoing preventative maintenance and servicing of the site’s Building Management System
Design, engineering and implementation of a staged BMS upgrade
Replacement of legacy Schneider Xenta controllers with the Schneider Electric EcoStruxure platform
Integration and optimisation of mechanical plant and associated HVAC systems
