Automated Air delivered the complete Building Management System (BMS) for the Marriott Hotel, providing design, installation, engineering and commissioning services across the development. The system integrates the building’s mechanical services and energy metering infrastructure, delivering comprehensive monitoring, control and ongoing operational efficiency. Automated Air continues to provide maintenance and support for the facility.
